Lightweight, easy to use, cost-effective milk analyzer is a "mobile" model, or a portable version of the instrument designed to measure the mass fraction of fat, protein, skimmed milk residue (dry nonfat milk residue) in the samples prepared from non-assembled, concentrated (condensed sugar-free) milk , cream and milk powder (hereinafter - the sample), the temperature and the temperature of the freezing point, density (reduced to 20 ° C) and acidity of the samples (pH), as well as indication of the electrolytic conductivity of samples, the mass fraction of lactose and added water in the samples. The milk analyzer is used to express the indicators of milk quality and (or) its products on the farms, settlements acceptance of milk, food industry, veterinary laboratories, as well as conducting research.

Milk analyzer have the English-language user menu! The device operates on AC and battery power. Analyzer is equipped with a peristaltic pump to wash, rinse that ensures the quality of the device and reduces the likelihood of contamination and failure of the measuring chamber. This model of the milk analyzer is made in the plastic housing.

Peristaltic pump, alarm system with the requirement of cleaning the analyzer software for computer communication, RS232, 12V DC cable, ECS POS thermal printer, three modes of measurement (raw cow's, sheep's, pasteurized milk), the ability to recalibrate the analyzer at any kind of milk (cow's milk , goat's milk, camel milk, cream, whey, cream mixture, restored, homogenized milk).
